How source links tie every sentence to the transcript

1 min read · Updated 29 September 2026

Chronix Scribe records what was said and never adds a clinical statement of its own. When a draft states a diagnosis, a medicine, a dose or a plan, that sentence must have been said in the consultation, and it is linked to the part of the transcript it came from.

  • Each linked sentence shows a chip with the speaker and the time, for example Patient · 03:12. Choose it to jump to that moment in the transcript.
  • The Source verification panel counts how many sentences are source-linked and how many were removed.
  • A sentence that cannot be matched to the transcript is not kept. It is replaced with a visible marker; see What the “Left out” marker means.
