Stay in the room, not in the record

Chronix Scribe captures the session into DAP, BIRP or GIRP notes while you hold the therapeutic space. The AI never adds clinical judgement: the assessment holds only what was said in the session, and the rest is yours to write.

Why clinicians use it

Built around your clinic day.

Protect the alliance

No keyboard between you and your client.

Session notes the same day

Drafts are ready when the session ends, not stacked up for Sunday evening.

Sensitive by design

Consent is explicit, audio is never stored, and every note waits for your sign-off.

How a visit flows

Four steps. You stay in charge at every one.

  1. Consent

You confirm the patient has been told and agrees before anything starts.

  2. Ambient capture

The visit is transcribed to text as you talk.

  3. Draft linked to what was said

A structured draft lands in your template, each clinical sentence linked to what was said. Clinician-only sections are left for you.

  4. Review and sign

    Edit anything, then sign.

Built in

Hard rules, not settings.

Consent gate first

Nothing is captured until the patient has been told and the clinician confirms their agreement on screen.

Audio never stored

Speech is turned into text in memory. There is nowhere in the product for a recording to live.

Labelled “AI-generated: review before signing”

Every AI draft carries the same explicit label until a clinician has reviewed and signed it.

Attribute, never originate

A diagnosis, medicine, dose or plan appears only if it was said, linked to its source. Anything else is removed and marked.

You sign every note

Notes are drafts until the clinician signs. Nothing enters the record on the software’s say-so.
