- Behavioural £59, Solo £59, Practice £89 per seat from 2 seats, 3D anatomy add-on £25 per organisation, each per month. The price you see is the price you pay.
- Included audio
- Each paid seat includes 60 hours of audio a month. Hours beyond that are £1.50 an hour. We never stop the service because you have used more.
- Renewal
- Monthly, automatically, on the same day each month until you cancel.
- Cancel any time
- Settings → Billing, two clicks. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for; your notes stay readable and exportable.
- Receipts emailed
- A receipt is emailed for every payment, and every invoice is listed with a PDF in Settings → Billing.
- Refunds within 14 days
- Full self-serve refund within 14 days of a payment (the first one or any renewal), with no reason needed. The refund ends the paid plan that day.
- Free plan
- No card needed: the 14-day full trial ends by itself and your organisation moves to the free plan of 20 signed notes a month, each up to 30 minutes of audio.

Questions clinics ask
What counts as a note on the Free plan?
A note counts once, when you sign it. Drafts, edits, re-drafts and patient summaries do not count. The count starts again on the 1st of each month.
What happens when the free notes run out?
AI drafting pauses until the 1st. Nothing is discarded: every draft stays editable and you can still review and sign it, or upgrade at any time.
Is audio ever stored, even on paid plans?
No, on any plan. Audio is transcribed and discarded; only the transcript text and your notes are kept.
