Deleting a visit, a patient or your account moves it to Recently deleted first. For 30 days you can put it back yourself.
- Go to Settings → Data management → Recently deleted.
- Find the visit. Each entry shows what it is and how many days are left.
- Choose Restore. The note, transcript, summary and signature come back exactly as they were.
After 30 days the records are removed permanently and cannot be recovered. They leave our rolling backups within a further 30 days.
