Settings → Data management → Export now downloads everything your sign-in can read as one JSON file: visits, notes, transcripts, summaries, documents, patients, tasks, consent audit rows, templates and settings. It is free on every plan, under your right to a copy of your data.
- The file downloads straight to your device; audio is never part of an export because it is never stored.
- Clinical images appear as private links that expire 24 hours after the export.
- Before an organisation is deleted, the export is offered first.
