You can get a copy of everything Chronix Scribe holds about you at any time, free of charge, under your right to a copy of your data.
Steps
- Open Help → Your data.
- Choose Prepare my data package.
- The package downloads straight away as a JSON file named
chronix-scribe-dsar-<date>.json.
It is the same data as the full export in Settings → Data management, with the date of your request and your account details on top.
What is logged
Each request is logged with its date, size and SHA-256 fingerprint, never its contents. Past requests are listed on the same page, and a confirmation email gives the fingerprint so you can check your file.
What it contains
- Your account, your organisation's details and your settings.
- Your visits, transcripts, notes, summaries, documents and templates that your sign-in can read.
- Items you deleted in the last 30 days, marked as deleted.
Audio is never stored, so no package ever contains audio.
