Two people can work on a draft at the same time: the clinician whose visit it is, and the colleague the visit has been assigned to. No one else can edit it.
What you see
- When the other person opens the draft, a line appears above the sections: Also on this draft: <name>. Edits sync live (latest edit wins; every save still lands in the history).
- Each section updates as the other person types, a moment after they pause.
After signing
Once signed, the note is locked and later changes go in as dated addenda.
