Exporting a signed note as FHIR

If your record system imports FHIR, you can export any signed note as a FHIR R4 document bundle.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Integrations.
2. In the Export as FHIR R4 card, find the note in the list of your signed notes, newest first, with the patient label, the date it was signed and the template.
3. Choose Download FHIR bundle to save a .json file, or Copy as FHIR JSON to paste it elsewhere.

What is in the bundle

• The note as signed, section by section, with the codes you confirmed.
• The AI-generated label and your signature block.
• You, your organisation and the patient label as they appear on the note.

Every bundle is checked against the FHIR R4 schema before it leaves the server.

Drafts cannot be exported. Sign the note first.
